🔹 Area of responsibility:

1. Manage and coordinate the work of the sales department, ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks, plans, and achievement of set goals

2. Design and implement sales strategies, develop and introduce measures to increase sales volumes

3. Form, manage, and motivate a team of employees, ensuring maximum efficiency and professional development of each team member

4. Conduct negotiations with key clients and partners, conclude deals and contracts for the supply of the Company’s products

5. Prepare regular reports in accordance with the manager’s requirements

6. Contribute to the development of the Company

7. Ability to relocate/work in other countries

🔹 Required competencies:

1. Higher medical or pharmaceutical education

2. Language skills: Tajik, Russian, and English are mandatory❗️

3. Total work experience: at least 7 years; international work experience is welcome

4. Successful management experience

5. Knowledge of computer programs: 1C, MS Word, and Excel at user level

6. Focus on specific performance results

7. Ability to develop and implement innovative marketing methods and programs to promote the Company’s products
