The Pharmaceutical Promotion Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring an Rx Product Manager. If you think strategically, understand the pharmaceutical industry, and enjoy taking products to the next level, this is your opportunity.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for prescription medicines

2. Analyzing the market, competitors, and industry trends to optimize the product strategy

3. Preparing scientific and marketing materials for medical representatives and healthcare professionals

4. Training and supporting the sales team on the product

5. Engaging with clients, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and the medical community

6. Participating in the organization and delivery of conferences, webinars, and medical events

7. Planning and monitoring product KPIs, forecasting sales, and managing the product lifecycle

8. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and prescription medicines promotion rules

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher medical or pharmaceutical education

2. At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with Rx products

3. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitors, and the specifics of Rx product promotion

4. Knowledge of INNs, understanding of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics, and ability to explain drug mechanisms of action and usage specifics

5. Understanding of regulatory requirements, promotion rules, and pharmaceutical codes

6. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

8. Language skills: Tajik and Russian; foreign languages would be an advantage

9. Strong command of MS Office
