KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is looking for professionals capable of building the structure and team of a construction company from the ground up and turning it into a market leader. We are therefore opening a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Construction Company.

Company focus: commercial, industrial, and residential construction.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing the Company’s 3–5-year business development strategy

2. Building the organizational structure from the ground up, including engineering, technical supervision, procurement, finance, HSE, and commercial functions

3. Managing the project portfolio

4. Controlling timelines, budgets, quality, and risks

5. Managing contractors and subcontractors

6. Working with tenders, government contracts, banks, and investors

7. Building the management team and KPI system from scratch

8. Representing the Company’s interests with partners and government authorities

9. Managing litigation risks

Financial and Operational KPIs:

1. Building a cash flow model

2. Project EBITDA

3. Entering the B2G and B2B markets

4. Budget adherence, with variance not exceeding 5–7%

5. Compliance with project commissioning timelines, with variance of no more than 10%

6. Profitability of each project

7. Working capital management

8. Control of cash gaps within approved limits

Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of experience in the construction business across different types of projects

2. At least 5 years of experience as a CEO/Director, with demonstrated management maturity

3. Experience managing a portfolio of at least 100,000 m²

4. Experience managing 3+ projects simultaneously

5. Experience acting as a general contractor and managing subcontractors

6. Experience participating in B2G tenders

7. Strong management discipline and zero tolerance for non-transparent practices

8. Strategic and systematic thinking

9. High-level negotiation skills

10. Innovative approach to management
