A vacancy for a “Lead or Chief Specialist of the Investment Department” is open in the Financial and Economic Department of the Head Office of the KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of investment projects and financial instruments

2. Development and implementation of investment portfolio strategies

3. Assessment of risks and opportunities for effective investment management

4. Working with contracts, documents, spreadsheets — MS Excel, Google Sheets — and office software

5. Preparation of analytical reports and presentations on the results of investment operations

6. Conducting negotiations with the Company’s clients/partners

7. Accompanying Company guests

🔹 Candidate requirements:

1. Higher education in Economics or Finance

2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

3. Language skills, both written and spoken: Tajik, Russian, and English at no lower than Upper-Intermediate level

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills

5. Excellent command of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

1. Ability to conduct financial analysis and risk assessment

2. Knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments

3. Strong discipline and responsibility

4. Ability to plan and use working time efficiently
