The Pharmaceutical Promotion Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring a Pharmaceutical Process Auditor.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of promotional strategies and pharmaceutical campaigns

2. Supporting the improvement of results and processes within the Company’s pharmaceutical business area

3. Conducting comprehensive analysis of the Company’s activities, from product portfolio and planning to field sales and target achievement

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher education in Medicine, Management, or Marketing

2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

3. Strategic planning skills

4. Knowledge of marketing and sales fundamentals

5. Strong communication skills

6. Mathematical and analytical mindset

7. Responsibility and discipline

8. Language skills: Tajik and Russian; foreign languages would be an advantage

9. Strong command of MS Office
