The Finance and Economics Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring a Finance Specialist for the Finance and Controlling unit of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Division.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Preparing presentations and management reports for senior management review

2. Optimizing financial performance indicators

3. Monitoring the implementation of financial plans

4. Setting budgets, forecasting future cash flows, and ensuring regular financial analysis

5. Analyzing the organization’s financial position

6. Collecting, processing, and analyzing information across the company’s key business areas

7. Preparing and participating in budget planning, as well as monitoring budget execution and expenses

8. Proposing initiatives to optimize costs and improve the efficient use of company resources

❗️ Requirements:

1. Higher education in Economics, Finance, or Accounting

2. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting, especially in industrial manufacturing

3. Experience in audit and cost calculation would be an advantage

4. Experience working with business process management systems is welcome

5. Language skills: Russian and English

6. Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP would be an advantage

7. CAP/CIPA certification or at least a degree in Accounting or Finance

8. Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with formulas, pivot tables, presentations, and slides

9. Willingness to work abroad
