The Finance and Economics Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring a Financial Analysis and Controlling Specialist for the CIS and EU markets.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and analyzing financial and operational data across business areas, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

2. Preparing regular management reports, monthly and quarterly, for senior management

3. Conducting budget variance analysis, identifying deviations in revenue and expenses, and preparing explanations and recommendations to support management decision-making

4. Participating in the preparation of annual and quarterly budgets

5. Preparing and controlling management reporting, including P&L and Cash Flow, working with financial models in Excel, and preparing presentations for management

6. Analyzing cost structure and identifying optimization opportunities, including cost reduction and improved resource efficiency

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher education in Economics or Finance

2. At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis

3. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, and experience with 1C/ERP systems

4. Understanding of financial reporting and accounting

5. Analytical thinking and attention to detail

6. Proficiency in Tajik and Russian; English would be an advantage

7. Responsible approach to completing tasks and meeting deadlines

8. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments
