KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is looking for professionals capable of building the structure and team of a construction company from the ground up and turning it into a market leader. We are therefore opening a vacancy for the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Construction Company.

Company focus: commercial, industrial, and residential construction.

Responsibilities:

1. Building the financial model for the construction business

2. Project budgeting, including CAPEX and OPEX

3. Controlling project construction costs

4. Planning and managing cash flow

5. Building a management accounting system by project, stage, and contract

6. Ensuring target margins and positive project EBITDA

7. Monitoring budget execution across construction stages

8. Working with banks and financial institutions

9. Optimizing working capital

10. Ensuring transparent financial reporting and building an internal control system

11. Preparing management reports for the owners

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry

2. At least 3 years of experience as a CFO or Deputy CFO in a construction company

3. Experience providing financial support for projects

4. Positive operating cash flow as a KPI

5. Experience controlling margins and EBITDA by project

6. Experience with ERP, 1C, and financial systems; advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis

7. Proven experience working with project financing

8. Experience managing liquidity and forecasting cash gaps over a 3–6 month horizon

9. Understanding of the tax and financial legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan

10. Strategic and financial mindset, with the ability to make investment decisions

11. Ability to work under pressure and manage significant obligations
