1. Higher education in Medicine, Management, or Marketing

2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

3. Strategic planning skills

4. Knowledge of marketing and sales fundamentals

5. Strong communication skills

6. Mathematical and analytical mindset

7. Responsibility and discipline

8. Language skills: Tajik, Russian; foreign languages are welcome

9. Confident knowledge of MS Office
