📌 The Dushanbe Branch of the Management Development Institute of Singapore is hiring a Sales Specialist.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing annual and monthly sales plans

2. Analyzing the market, target audience, and competitors

3. Identifying new opportunities to develop sales channels and tools in the local market

4. Developing and implementing processes and mechanisms to increase audience engagement and expand the customer base

5. Delivering presentations on MDIS Dushanbe products at companies, government institutions, schools, and language centers

6. Organizing events at the Institute and participating in external events to promote educational products, increase sales, and strengthen brand awareness

7. Calling and consulting potential customers on the Institute’s products

8. Analyzing sales volume and preparing reports based on the results

9. Monitoring payments under contracts

10. Working with advertising companies

❗ Requirements:

1. Higher education in Marketing or Sales

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing; experience in education sales would be an advantage

3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Russian, Tajik, and English

4. Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and business acumen

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience making cold calls

6. Ability to present products effectively and confidently to potential customers

7. Stress resilience, discipline, and responsibility

8. Strong organizational skills

9. Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets

10. Willingness to travel within the country
