Sales Manager, Commercial Department

Dushanbe

The Information Technology Department is hiring a Sales Manager for the Commercial Department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively searching for and attracting new clients (B2B/B2C)

  2. Conducting negotiations, meetings, and presentations

  3. Preparing commercial proposals and calculating deal margins

  4. Concluding contracts and managing deals through completion

  5. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  6. Working with the existing client base

  7. Maintaining reporting, including CRM, Excel, and management reports

  8. Analyzing the market and competitive landscape

  9. Monitoring accounts receivable

Requirements:

  1. Higher or specialized secondary education

  2. 1–3 years of experience in sales

  3. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

  4. Understanding of the sales funnel

  5. Ability to calculate pricing and margins

  6. Confident user of Excel and CRM systems

  7. Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet KPIs

  8. Proactivity, stress resilience, and strong self-organization skills

KPIs:

Achievement and overachievement of sales targets

Revenue and gross profit volume

Number of new clients acquired

Sales funnel conversion rate

Accounts receivable level
