We are looking for a bright, energetic, and proactive Promotion and Sales Specialist. If you are passionate about communication, know how to create impactful presentations, and want to grow in a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities

2. Analyzing sales dynamics and structure

3. Developing metrics for regular performance analysis of the Department

4. Developing marketing strategies for Rx, OTC, and medical device products

5. Working with the field team, including FFMs, RMs, MRs, and TRs

6. Optimizing the company’s analytics system by redesigning the logic and structure of existing reports and developing new ones

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher education in Management, Marketing, Finance, or Economics

2. At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst

3. Planning and sales skills

4. Critical thinking

5. Strong communication skills

6. Mathematical and analytical mindset

7. Responsibility and discipline

8. Language skills: Tajik and Russian; foreign languages would be an advantage

9. Strong command of MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
