🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and support of the Data Center server infrastructure

2. Installation, configuration, and updating of server hardware and software

3. Monitoring the status of servers, network infrastructure, and other Data Center components

4. Ensuring uninterrupted operation and availability of servers and services

5. Performing regular preventive maintenance, configuring data backups, and testing recoveries

6. Managing server virtualization — VMware, Hyper-V, and other platforms

7. Ensuring the security of server infrastructure, including access control and protection against external threats

8. Developing and implementing procedures to improve performance, fault tolerance, and scalability of the infrastructure

9. Interacting with contractors and suppliers of hardware and software

10. Implementing new technologies and optimizing existing solutions

11. Supporting users and resolving technical issues within the scope of competence

12. Participating in the design and creation of new Data Centers and server infrastructures

❗ Candidate requirements:

1. Higher technical education

2. Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 3 years

3. Language skills: Tajik, Russian, and technical English

4. High-level system administration and troubleshooting skills for Windows Server 2012–2022 operating systems

5. Experience in administering 1C 8.3 servers

6. Experience in designing and deploying Active Directory, with an understanding of its architecture and schema

7. Knowledge of information protection and the basics of information security

8. Experience in configuring and optimizing cloud solutions will be an advantage

9. Skills in working with virtualization systems: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM

10. Knowledge and understanding of the principles of building network storage systems: NAS, SAN

11. Responsibility and result-oriented approach

12. Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations

13. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

14. Initiative, desire for professional development, and attention to detail
