🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Development, implementation, and support of the Company’s information security policy

2. Assessment and management of information security risks, conducting audits and vulnerability testing

3. Ensuring the protection of corporate data, network security, and application security

4. Monitoring compliance with information security standards and regulatory documents

5. Developing and conducting employee training on information security matters

6. Responding to security incidents, investigating and eliminating vulnerabilities

7. Ensuring protection against external and internal threats, including virus attacks, phishing, and data leaks

8. Managing information security tools, including firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion prevention systems, etc.

9. Interacting with external auditors and consultants on information security matters

10. Preparing reports and maintaining documentation on security-related activities

❗ Candidate requirements:

1. Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Security, or a related field

2. Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 2 years

3. Language skills: Tajik, Russian, and technical English

4. Information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, and others

5. Knowledge of information protection principles, network infrastructure security, and cryptographic protection methods

6. Knowledge of international standards and regulatory documents in information security, including ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and others

7. Knowledge of security incident management, attack investigation, and log analysis

8. Experience with antivirus software, firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, VPN, and DLP systems

9. Experience in conducting security audits, vulnerability testing, and incident analysis

10. Understanding of the basic principles of network security, operating systems, and network technologies

11. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

12. Analytical mindset

13. Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations
