About the Role

Are you passionate about modern technologies and interested in supporting the reliable operation of a Data Center? We are looking for a Data Center Engineering Infrastructure Support Specialist to help ensure the continuous performance, safety, and efficiency of critical engineering systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the engineering infrastructure of the Data Center, including power supply, cooling, ventilation, water supply, fire safety, and monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Data Center engineering systems, including power supply, cooling, ventilation, water supply, and fire safety systems

• Monitor and analyze the condition of all engineering systems operating 24/7

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to technical failures and emergency situations

• Prepare and follow equipment maintenance schedules

• Configure and manage automated control and monitoring systems for engineering infrastructure

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on equipment repair, maintenance, and procurement

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and occupational health requirements when operating engineering systems

• Maintain technical documentation and prepare reports on completed work

• Participate in Data Center infrastructure modernization and improvement projects

Requirements

• Higher technical education in power engineering, thermal engineering, automation, engineering systems, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Tajik and Russian; technical English is required

• Strong understanding of power supply, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, safety, and monitoring systems

• Experience working with automated control and monitoring systems for engineering infrastructure

• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues and respond effectively to failures

• High level of responsibility and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to professional development
