🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Developing strategies to attract and retain talent in the Company

2. Developing and implementing employee training and development programs

3. Developing Individual Development Plans and assisting key employees in their implementation

4. Developing and implementing employee assessment methodologies and tools

5. Participating in employee performance appraisals

6. Participating in the selection of key specialists and building a strong team

7. Cooperating with department heads to understand their talent development needs

❗ Candidate requirements:

1. Higher education in Management, Sociology, or related fields

2. Relevant experience in a similar position for at least 2 years

3. Language skills, both written and spoken: Tajik, Russian; English will be an advantage

4. Relevant experience in assessing candidates’ competencies and developing training programs

5. Ability to work in a multitasking environment and make decisions

6. Strong discipline and responsibility

7. Excellent communication and organizational skills

8. Desire for self-development and broadening one’s outlook

9. Excellent command of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
