English Language Teacher with a Focus on Gamification and Real Results

📌 AtS Training Center is inviting a motivated and proactive English Language Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who can inspire learners, integrate gamified elements into the learning process, and deliver measurable progress while teaching English courses to employees of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Conducting placement, interim tests, and exams to assess English proficiency and progress in the program

2. Developing lesson plans and training programs based on the goals and needs of the audience

3. Organizing and delivering interactive lessons using a variety of teaching methods

4. Applying modern technologies and resources, including online platforms and multimedia materials, to increase interest in language learning

5. Teaching specific skills required to successfully pass international exams, such as TOEFL and IELTS

6. Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment

7. Collecting feedback from learners on teaching quality, adjusting teaching methods accordingly, and conducting self-analysis to continuously improve teaching quality

8. Actively participating in the general activities and development of the training center

🔹 Requirements:

• Higher education in Linguistics, Pedagogy, or English Language

• Professional certifications such as TOEFL or IELTS

• At least 3 years of experience teaching English

• Ability to develop lesson plans and deliver engaging, interactive classes

• Use of various teaching methods, including gamification, to increase learner engagement

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

• Ability to create visually engaging and informative presentations to support the learning process
