The Pharmaceutical Promotion Department at the Head Office of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is hiring a Training and Development Specialist for the Pharmaceutical Division. 🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Developing and delivering employee training and professional development programs

2. Organizing trainings, seminars, and learning events

3. Assessing employee knowledge and skills

4. Creating onboarding programs for new employees and new projects

5. Collaborating with departments to identify training needs

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher medical or pharmaceutical education

2. At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field

3. Skills in developing training materials and analyzing training needs

4. Strong communication skills, initiative, and responsibility

5. Language skills: Tajik and Russian; foreign languages would be an advantage

6. Strong command of MS Office
