🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy development to onboarding new employees

2. Conducting interviews and participating in candidate assessment

3. Consulting employees on HR policies and procedures

4. Participating in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs

5. Monitoring employee satisfaction and participating in the development of programs to improve the workplace climate

6. Participating in HR events

7. Preparing reports and analyzing HR metrics

8. Participating in projects to improve HR management processes

❗ Candidate requirements:

1. Higher education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields

2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

3. Language skills, both written and spoken: Tajik, Russian; English will be an advantage

4. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices

5. Strong discipline and responsibility

6. Excellent communication and organizational skills

7. High level of activity and initiative

8. Desire for self-development and broadening one’s outlook

9. Excellent command of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
