Medical Representative at a Pharmaceutical Company

📌 Due to the dynamic development of the pharmaceutical direction of the KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies, a position of “Medical Representative” is open, with the opportunity to further grow into a Group Manager role.
We will be happy to welcome an active and goal-oriented person to our friendly team — someone interested in long-term cooperation, with a strong desire to develop and achieve set goals.
🔹 Area of responsibility:
Represent the Company’s products and the Company itself using professional sales, presentation, and business negotiation skills
Fulfill the assigned sales plan
Establish contacts and develop long-term partnerships with doctors and pharmacists
Organize conferences, individual and group meetings with healthcare representatives, doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders in medicine
Conduct in-depth analysis of the market and market players
🔹 Required competencies:
Higher medical or pharmaceutical education
Language skills: Tajik, Russian, and English are mandatory❗️
Total work experience: at least 5 years; international work experience is welcome
Confident user-level knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Ability to build relationships with different types of people, as the role involves interacting with people at different levels of hierarchy and functions
Ability to relocate/work in other countries
