KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies is inviting a Legal and HR Specialist to join the Accounting and Legal Department — a professional who combines legal expertise with hands-on experience in HR and interaction with government authorities.

🔹 Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal support for the Company’s operations

2. Drafting and conducting legal review of contracts, orders, and internal regulations

3. Advising employees and management on legal matters

4. Monitoring legislative changes and implementing them in the Company’s operations

5. Participating in the development and update of internal regulatory documents

6. Liaising with regulatory and government authorities

7. Providing legal support for HR processes, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and disciplinary actions

8. Reviewing the accuracy of HR documents and local internal regulations

🔹 Requirements:

1. Higher legal education

2. Mandatory experience working in government authorities

3. Practical legal experience involving HR functions

4. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

5. Strong command of Russian and Tajik

6. Confident user of MS Excel and MS Word

7. Strong knowledge of labor, civil, administrative, and tax legislation

8. Ability to conduct business correspondence and prepare official letters and requests

9. Skills in contract management and claims handling

10. Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
