YOVAR, a company within KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies, is hiring an SMM Specialist.

We are looking for a proactive and creative specialist who will help grow the brand’s social media presence, create engaging content, and connect with the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and developing the company’s official social media pages

Developing and implementing a content plan

Writing copy for posts, stories, and other publications

Shooting and publishing stories, photo, and video content

Creating and editing Reels for social media

Monitoring trends and integrating relevant ideas into content

Engaging with the audience and increasing follower engagement

Supporting the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.

Our Expectations:

Experience in SMM would be an advantage

Ability to write clear, engaging copy for posts and stories

Understanding of visual content design and content planning principles

Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts

Ability to shoot stories and Reels

Knowledge of current social media trends

Strong Russian and Tajik language skills would be an advantage

Creativity, responsibility, and the ability to meet deadlines

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
