More Than Breakfast: Creating a Warm Office Atmosphere

Our company has a small but much-loved tradition: at the end of every month, our HR team, with the support of management, prepares breakfast for employees. Each time, it is a breakfast for more than 200 people.

We bring breakfast directly to the offices so employees can enjoy it comfortably with their teams. It becomes a simple, informal moment during the workday: a chance to pause, have coffee, share a meal, and spend time with colleagues beyond everyday work discussions.

Each breakfast also comes with a small card featuring a warm wish for the day or a short motivational message. It may seem like a small detail, but details like this help shape the atmosphere in the workplace. Employees enjoy the surprise, discuss what has been prepared this time, and simply share breakfast together in the familiar setting of their own departments.
