KOINOT DAY: Our First Career Open Day at KOINOTI NAV Group
On June 21, we held our first KOINOT DAY, an open day for those who wanted to get to know KOINOTI NAV Group more closely. The event welcomed students, young professionals, and job seekers interested in building a career in a reliable company with diverse opportunities for growth.
For us, it was important not only to talk about vacancies, but to show the company from the inside: how our teams work, what values bring us together, what opportunities are available to employees, and why growth within the company begins with genuine interest, open dialogue, and a willingness to learn.
The event took place at the AtS Training Center. Participants learned more about the Group’s areas of activity, spoke with representatives from HR, marketing, and other departments, explored corporate benefits, received career consultations, and got answers to their questions. The program also included office tours, short team presentations, informal networking, and a prize draw.
According to participants’ feedback, the atmosphere of KOINOT DAY helped them better understand the company’s internal culture and see the career prospects available to those who want to grow with us. For KOINOTI NAV Group, this event became an important step in building open dialogue with future candidates and young specialists.
