Employer Choice in Focus: KOINOTI NAV HRD Joins HR LEAD Forum Discussion

On February 14, Farkhod Mirzaev, HRD of KOINOTI NAV Group of Companies, took part in the panel discussion “How Candidates Choose an Employer” at the HR LEAD Forum organized by MegaFon Tajikistan.

Together with colleagues from ЁВАР, Humo, Pokiza, and MegaFon Tajikistan, the participants discussed what shapes employer choice today: changing candidate behavior, the role of real employee experience, and the importance of clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

The HR LEAD Forum became a valuable platform for professional dialogue, knowledge exchange, and discussion of current challenges in the labor market.
